Although we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display or any colour will be completely accurate.

Delivery charge
We are not liable until the item(s) reaches our office. Your refund will be payable with the same payment method you chose for you purchase. International returns are responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.

Returning a sale item
We do not offer returns on sale item(s).

International customers
As an international customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. We ask that you obtain a proof of postage receipt so that if your parcel goes missing on the way back to us, you’ll have proof you sent it.

Using your own shipping method
You can send items back to us at the address below using any other trackable shipping method.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return or exchange.

Please be sure that your package is insured and prepaid. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

If you are unhappy with any of your purchases and feel it may be defective due to a manufacturing fault, please do get in contact with us. Please do provide as much information as possible concerning the product and the order.

You have 14 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Once QC has inspected the returned item(s), we will aim to process your return within 3 working days.

Unwanted goods must be returned in fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in salable condition or are damaged.

We normally process returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse.

Should your return comply with our Return Policy, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund for your return has been issued.

All in-store and online purchases may be returned within14 days of the original purchase date. Customers must have the original receipt or invoice with them at the time of the return. Customers returning online purchases must also have the credit card that was used for the original purchase.

Price tags and stickers must be attached to the merchandise. Altered, damaged or worn clothing cannot be returned or exchange.
